1. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, PDF Guides)

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us for a refund of the duplicate order.
  • Technical Failure: If you are unable to access your digital purchase due to a technical issue on our side, we will provide a replacement or full refund after verification.

2. Services (Workshops, Consultations, Digital Marketing Packages)

  • Cancellations: If Lumena Media LLC cancels a scheduled service or workshop, you will receive a full refund.
  • Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you cancel a booked service with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the service start time are non-refundable.

4. Chargebacks

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first to resolve the matter. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in termination of access to Lumena Media products and services.
